Falling sick :(

Sore throat, fever, ulcers, cough.  Hey guys. Why do you ALL have to attack me at once? :( I am so sick and tired of being tired all the time sobs.  I can't carry out what i usually do, all i can do is stay in bed or go downstairs to watch the TV.

Hopefully I recover by tomorrow :( Theres school sigh.

Kampar Club Restaurant :)

"People eat to live, but the Chinese live to eat."

That is what I hear a lot of people say. So back to last night, I ate at this Kampar Club Restaurant. It's not new but I just found out about the place though :P

This restaurant serves as a fusion restaurant; both Chinese and Western :)  The food comes in quite a big portion so for those who are not a fan of heavy meals, it is recommended you share the dish with someone else :) For chinese, you can also order dishes of vegetables, meat and seafood to eat together like those usual Chinese restaurants instead of eating a dish per person.

Changes :)

Changes are inevitable in life, so I kind of made this decision to cut my hair that has been there for so long lol.  Went to this new salon, a place where I've never tried before, to cut cause as i said, changes are sometimes good, sometimes bad.

Took this like last month i look the same before the haircut :)

Okay! so ready to see me AFTER the haircut?  Lol to be honest, i don't know if this is a thumbs up or thumbs down.  Feel free to leave an opinion :)  

It's been some time since i LAST had fringe or bangs. 

So I was kind of laughing at the reflection when the nice lady chopped my hair off.And she kept saying I look cute and started laughing herself which made me laugh as well lol.

By the way I actually have this super straight fringe but because I kept messing it up it turned out like in the pictures :P

New addiction ♥

I am the kind of girl who would fangirl the lead actor in every drama I watch so yeah.  Recently, the television had this old TVB drama series, starring Julian Cheung Chi Lam aka Chilam.  Gosh he is so handsome and cute in that drama I can faint.  He plays this role of a truant rich kid and always bullies Charmaine Sheh(Ho Seung Hei).  Finally, he falls in love with her and awh, I just can't get enough of this series. You have to watch this if you are Chinese! *highly recommended to those who are not too! Hehe

It has this twist in the drama, and very touching too! Watch it lah if you want to know more haha.  Okay enough of talking, and more of staring. ♥  Dies slowly lol, someone help me :P

Last Sunday :)

Okay this is about how my Sunday last week went :) Okay lets start with breakfast!

Had breakfast at this shop in Old Town. It's quite famous apparently, it was starred in the newspaper before. *thumbs up! It's name is Cafe 26 IF i remembered correctly lol.

Anyway, had Sliced Chicken with Hor Fun (it is this famous and yummy dish ~containing noodles and sliced chicken with a very scrumptious soup), Egg Custard (i just loveeee sweet stuff like this) and of course, a drink, Teh Ice (mixture of tea and milk if you don't know)

Then went home and bla bla bla. Wasted time haha. After that, went to fetch the sister out to guitar and piano lessons :) While waiting, we went to this shop to grab tea :) haha i really love Milk Tea don't you? :P Well this shop is named Bo Eight Tea if I'm not mistaken?

Finally! Sister's classes are over, and dad brought us to Dragon-I for dinner, and it was so delicious.  Okay enough of talking and pictures time! :)

P.S. Personally I don't like prawns or shrimps, but this is absolutely mouth watering :)

Installation Day

okay this picture was a totally candid one.

It's my fourth and last Installation Day in this wonderfully awesome alma mater of mine, Methodist Girls School Ipoh.  It's my last year wearing such a blue outfit and yet, still feel proud and happy of it! :D Anyway its not about the outfit, its about the service.

Served The Board of Students' Librarians for around four and a half years? And here, I have been assigned to this post, the Head of the Interior Decoration Committee. HAHA i feel so perasan now. Anywayyyy..

Being installed = being given this responsibility.  Hence, I will definitely do my best by carrying out my responsibilities. :) Sang Unwritten, Today my life begins, Generasiku and another Malay song (okay i admit i forgot the title but hey, i still remember the lyrics okay!) Well, I guess thats all for this post lol

Typical Sunday

So this is how my Sunday went, woke up in the morning at 8+. And no i did not intend to wake up that early, dad was playing his tricks againn. grr, he always comes in and switch on the lights and leave em like that. and sometimes, he switches off the air conditioner too! He says i cannot be so lazy like whatttt? lol

So yeah, woke up settled down ate breakfast.  Mum went to Butterworth to have some leadership training or something for the Toastmasters' club.  Dad sis and I went for this supposedly quick and fast shopping which turned out to be a very very long one. Dad has this fantastic taste, well, he's daring and thats pretty good no? To stand out from the others? haha.

He kept picking out clothes like from random genres and all, then asking for our opinions.  Sis and I were like ... dad... then guess what suddenly..... *drumrolls* he said whyyy? you two no taste one ah?  All these so nice! I want all I picked. Why girls ah choose here choose there?  See me! So fast. Simply mai can dy lo. Soooo picky.

Sis and I were stunned there, omg, mum's going to be kind of shocked when she returns haha.  Kudos for an awesome and crazy daddy like mine. Hehe.

I have no pictures for this post, and yes this is a very very delayed post. I don't think i can blog efficiently this days, considering the schedule i see every day which leads to excessive packed work, if there is such thing :P

Le oral exam.

Today was.. well, quite challenging.  Memorizing was never my forte, and hence usually i just read through stuff and try to understand it.  So when my teacher called me up front to be the FIRST one to present, everything went blank.  Like hello, where did everything i read went?

Luckily, everything came back to me.. to be honest, rather slowly, and yes i had to make these long pauses in between just to recall what i read! Grr imagine how frustrating it is to be standing there then suddenly everything went blank.  Okay i admit i didn't read much haha, just a few times.  But anyway its over over over, yay! I am glad it is to be quite honest hehe.  Hopefully I did well, sigh.

Yes, a very special day indeed.  04/01/2013♥  And the person who created this day must be very creative to play with numbers like that. Okay, let me explain.  Since yesterday was a Friday so the number is 5.  Then it is the year 2013.  And it is January 4th so 14.

In Chinese, 520 means I love you and 1314 means forever.  So enough of explanations and back to the day itself, it was my popo's (grandmother's) birthday! :)  We celebrated at Delight Seafood Restaurant, just a very very small family dinner.

This dish is really delicious, it's name is Bridge Crossing Tofu. It consists of tofu, meat and also half boiled eggs :)

Summary on the year 2012 ♥

I started the year with absolutely different syllabus compared to Form 3, Form 4 is no honeymoon year, so I heard.  'It's going to be tough, no kidding.' 'Study hard, get your base.' Been getting this a lot.  Managed to survive studies, I guess? :)

Went on this business plus holiday trip with family during the March holidays to Korea, brought homework and all.  Exactly one week, no time spent in Malaysia.  Back to school the next day once arrived home at 10 pm at night.  The trip was fun, good food and all :)

Participated in the school's Interact Club's IU Day.  Danced and performed The Doll Dance.  It was overwhelming to hear the crowd cheering and clapping their hands.  Being on the stage gave me this feeling, everything is worth it, the training, the practices.  This is indelible.

Next up, exams exams exams.  Achieved something I never thought I could.  Nothing is impossible :) I must never give up.

Danced another time during Y's men dinner and for my school's Graduation Night.  Too bad the candle went out but there are challenges in life, and sometimes a mistake urges you to do better in the next chapters of life.

As I said, participated in the school's Grad Night event and can I say all our hardwork paid off? hehe it was fulfilling to see the Fifth Formers having a great time though we had to run up and down to make sure everything goes as planned.

There comes the exams again.  Nah, I don't want to talk about it haha. WOOHOO! There comes the holidays, visited Bangkok, Thailand and Shanghai, China.  This whole holidays is more about car rides, boat rides and sightseeing and of course, shopping.  Met new people.  More friends.  Went to Malaysia's capital city a few times and also Grik,Perak (the experience wasn't that good) but for adventurous people I think it'd be fun :) 

Celebrated my Sweet Sixteen, sister's Sweet 14th, Mummy's 48th together with Christmas.  It was indeed a splendid year and now since it is the year 2013, I shall mould it into a better one :)  It is going to be my last year in high school.  Cherish it all before it's too late. :)
